Gliadin Antibodies (AGA)

Using ELISA, both IgA and IgG class AGA are detected in sera of patients with GSE. ImmuLisa™ kits offer screening as well as detection of individual isotypes of AGA.

Studies show 10-15% of patients suffering from CD are IgA deficient. Gliadin IgG tests will help identify IgA deficient individuals suspected of CD.
