Anti-Nuclear Antibodies (ANA) Blot

Anti-Nuclear Antibodies (ANA) Blot

ANA are sensitive markers of SLE and other connective tissue disorders. Precise identification of their molecular specificities is essential as they may be associated with a particular disease or a disease subset. The ImmuBlot™ ANA Western Blot contains nuclear and cytoplasmic antigens from a HeLa cell line, which are separated according to their molecular weight (MW) by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and transferred onto a PVDF membrane.
