DSX™ 4 Plate ELISA Processing System
The DSX™ is a fully automated 4 plate ELISA processing system capable of performing multiple assays per plate.
It performs the entire complement of analytical steps required for virtually all ELISA immunoassays: adding samples and reagents, washing, incubation, and absorbance detection.
All of Immco assay protocols and settings are preloaded on the DSX™ to ensure optimum performance.
The DSX™ delivers all you need to ensure the rigorous, repeatable analyses required for critical applications. DS2™ 2 Plate Automated ELISA Processing System
DS2™ is a complete ELISA processing system designed specifically for lower throughput labs. The DS2™ is ideal for clinical labs and research labs need to enhance their processes through automation, but have small volume requirements that do not justify investments in larger systems. With advanced automation and precise liquid handling capabilities, the DS2™ eliminates variations that occur with manual processes. The DS2™ ensures rigorous and reproducible analyses required in critical applications— from immunology, infectious disease, hormone, allergy, blood chemistry, and drugs of abuse testing.

Immunofluorescence Analyzer
The IFAST is a liquid handling system designed to process IFA slides. Fast, flexible and reliable, it can manage all the IFA slide protocols from pre-dilution of specimens, to dispensation of reagents, to incubation and washing.
In a single run the system can handle 10 slides of any configuration, 150 samples using up to 216 pre-dilution vials and programmable pre-dilutions for each sample.
Performance benchmarks:
• Sample pre-dilution 20 sec. for 1 ml of washing solution
• Samples dispensed in 9 sec. for 1 ml of washing solution
• Reagents dispensed in 42 sec. for a 12 well slide
The immunofluorescence management software runs under WINDOWS 98, XP or 2000.

Mago4:
The Mago4 is an evolution of the previous analyzer Mago Plus DW: This is a completely automatic system for ELISA tests (including allergy), IFA serum agglutination (Widal-Wright) and hemagglutination (TPHA). Among the major changes from the previous version are positive sample and reagent identification, the use of disposable tips, a new software platform, multitasking Windows XP, flat screen color monitor and integrated Quality Control using Levey-Jennings and Westgard rules .
General Performance:
• Upto 4 ELISA plates or up to 16 IFA slides, or a combination of both.
• One specific reagent rack for reagent bottles (diluents, conjugates, substrates) and for tubes (stds, controls, samples, pre-dilutions etc.). Reagents may be positioned directly on the rack.
• IFA tests on on slides are performed as screening and/or titration with serial dilution capability.
• Microplate washing system with manifold for 16 tips (8 for aspiration and 8 for dispensing ) User programmable cycles can be defined for automated well washing
• Four racks for ELISA serum agglutination or haemagglutination or slides for IFA test, with four modules of incubation with independent operating temperatures between R.T. and 55 ° C. The system can load up to a maximum of 4 microplates or 16 IFA slides or a combination of both

• Compartment dedicated to the hydraulic tanks containing the washing solution, liquid waste collection and distilled water all checked by liquid level sensors.

AP16 IF BLOT ELITE is a fully automated system for IFA and BLOT methods equipped with a sliding sample barcode reader. The instrument is able to run up to 16 IFA slides, carring out sample predilution, sample reagent dispensation, incubation and slide washing. Thanks to the Blot Module and a camera, it is able to carry out the full automation for Dot/Western Blot, starting from sample dilution and dispense, reagent dispense, incubation, strip washing as well, to the dot imaging processing and assessment for each strip; the software also provides the data record and patient report.
AP IF 25 Blot Elite:
AP25 IF BLOT ELITE is equipped with a sample bar code reader and adds the blot processing capabilities to the features of AP25 IF ELITE . AP 22 Speedy IF:
AP22 Speedy IF is a fully automated micro-plate and slide processor for ELISA and IFA methods. The instrument is able to manage 2 ELISA micro-plates with 8 methods on line or 16 IFA slides, from sample pre-dilution and reagent/dispensation, incubation and washing cycles to the Final reading and data processing.
