DNA Ladder
The 1kb DNA ladder consists of 10 blunt-ended
DNA fragments ranging from 200bp to 10kb
in increments. The 1000bp and 5kb band is
supplied at 60ng/5µL. The 1000bp and 5kb
fragments are present at increased intensity to
allow easy identification.
Recommended load: 5 µL/lane.
